guilt software package provides quilt for git; similar to Mercurial queues, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install guilt
guilt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the guilt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep guilt *
You will get with guilt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
